1 What makes your artworks unique?
Each artwork is generated by a custom algorithm and plotted only once. We never reproduce our pieces. Even within a series, each individual work is unique, generated at a specific moment in time with its own random seed and parameters.
2 What equipment do you use?
We use an Axidraw V3/A3 pen plotter for drawing, equipped with rOtring rapidograph pens filled with archival-quality ink. The paper is high-quality 300g/m stock that ensures durability and excellent ink absorption.
3 How do you ship the artworks?
All artworks are carefully packaged in rigid mailers to prevent any damage during transit. We ship globally via DHL with tracking. Shipping within the EU is free, and we provide quotes for international shipping upon request.
4 What paper size are the artworks?
All our artworks are created on A3 paper (297 x 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5 inches). This size provides a substantial presence while remaining versatile for framing and display.
5 Are the artworks signed?
Yes, all artworks are signed by us on the back. If you'd prefer a signature on the front or have any specific requests, please let us know when placing your order.
6 Do you offer framing?
We currently ship artworks unframed to keep shipping costs reasonable and allow you to choose framing that matches your space. We're happy to recommend framing options that complement our work.
7 What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any issues with your artwork (damage during shipping, defects, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll work to make it right.
8 Can I commission a custom piece?
We occasionally take on custom commissions. If you have a specific idea in mind, reach out to us at [email protected] and we can discuss possibilities, pricing, and timelines.
